Beverage Equipment Technician
Full time - mostly days, some odd hours required

If you like daily interaction with customers and being the hero that restores caffeine fixes to sleepy office workers by repairing their coffee machine; if you don't mind tons of driving and some late nights PLUS you're technically inclined - this may just be the perfect match for you!

The position requires that the candidate be dependable and honest. Technical skills, good driving record, aptitude with tools and navigating a laptop required. Drug testing will be administered before hire. Extensive training, driving or riding with another employee, on site and off site work time required.

Experience or training on any of the following equipment is preferred (not required) and will bring a higher pay rate: Bunn, Bunn-O-Matic, Wilbur Curtis, coffee or tea brewers, espresso machines or grinders, Franke, Mastrena, Verismo, etc.

Technician Support Role
Hours: Monday - Friday: 10AM - 4PM CST (4-8PM CST on call, rotating weekends on call)
Location: Can work remotely from anywhere with a strong internet connection and good phone service

Duties include supporting a team of field technicians. This position does not have a required location, but does require that the candidate be already skilled in our industry. Experience or training on any of the following equipment is required for this position: Bunn, Bunn-O-Matic, Wilbur Curtis, coffee or tea brewers, espresso machines or grinders, Franke, Mastrena, Verismo, HVACR, ice machines, soda fountains, etc.

Must have experience either as a field service technician in our industry for at least 2 years and/or a technical support position in the industry. Requires great communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to follow protocol. Must be able to periodically travel (expenses paid by company), perform service events and trainings if necessary.

Shop Technician
Hours: 8:30 - 3:30 Monday - Friday
Location: Sherwood, AR

Duties include maintenance of facilities and grounds, working on coffee equipment, packing & shipping and other duties as they are needed. While the hours listed are the hours that you would start at, the ability to work outside of those hours as needed, and work into a weekends 'on call' rotation are positive and desired. Can train into Beverage Equipment Technician (field service).

Administrative Office Assistant
Hours: 8:30 - 2 Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Location: Sherwood, AR

General office assistance, with room for advancement. Must be strong in Excel data entry and cell manipulation skills. Great spelling skills, with fantastic phone and email etiquette. Quickbooks data entry in AP and AR experience desired, but we can train.

Executive Assistant
Hours: Hours vary as necessary
Location: Denver, CO
Must be strong in Excel data entry and cell manipulation skills. Great spelling skills, with fantastic phone and email etiquette. Quickbooks data entry in AP and AR experience desired, but we can train. This position will include support of one or more busy executives in varied areas of expertise. Position is based out of our Denver, CO branch. This position will include paid travel. Will start as an hourly position and could work into salaried.
